JoJo Siwais happy to know herself better.

Though the “Karma” singer used to self-identify as a lesbian since coming out in 2021, she discovered through her new romance with Big Brother UK castmate Chris Hughesthat she now aligns with a different letter of the LGBTQIA+ alphabet.

“I think the most beautiful term now is queer,” JoJo exclusively told E!

News’ Francesca Amiker. “This was something that, for some reason, felt like a piece of my heart belonged to it.”

What does Queer mean? F--- the L, I’m going to the Q! That’s what I love about sexuality."

Drag artist Danny, who also identifies as queer, supported and validated JoJo in the moment, adding: "You're a Q, honey!

And I think that's the most beautiful thing.”

“When I think about him, I'm full of pure joy,” she emphasized.

“I feel so in the right position for myself. Indeed, the Dance Moms alum has partnered with the NMDP Registry—an organization that aims to treat and cure blood cancers and other blood disorders by partnering blood stem cell donors with patients in need—because, as she said, “I love helping people.”

“To think that you could save somebody's life is a fascinating thought to me,” JoJo explained.

And you know what British people love more than anything, it's a queue!"

What does Queer mean?

Queer is typically considered to be the Q in LGBTQ+ (some also consider the Q to stand for 'Questioning'). Met a lot of males, love them, definitely not them."

"Met a lot of people in my life that are non-binary, and these beautiful non-binary people are who I feel the most like and… I don’t know, it’s not something I want to say about myself yet, but it’s something that is confusing and that’s probably why we were talking about it last night."

JoJo Siwa shares update on her sexuality in candid 'Big Brother' moment

JoJo Siwa is opening up about her evolving sexuality.

In a moment captured on the April 22 livestream of "Celebrity Big Brother UK,"Siwa told co-star Danny Beard that she felt like "queer" was a more apt identifier for her than "lesbian."

"I feel, like, so queer, do you know what I mean?" Siwa, 21, told Bear, who landed in the house after a stint on "RuPaul's Drag Race UK."

"I think that's the thing, I've always told myself I'm a lesbian, and I think being here I've realized: 'Oh, I'm not a lesbian, I'm queer.' And I think that's really cool," Siwa continued.

But JoJo’s budding romance isn’t the only relationship in her life that is bringing her joy. I’ve met a lot of females, love them, don’t feel like them.

'I just realized within myself that the way my eyes are to the world, I think I’m just queer.

Taking to Instagram Stories on Sunday, the 22-year-old former child star wrote, 'Happy day 1 of the happiest month.

Later, while speaking to Us Weekly, the former Dance Moms personality said she thought the statement wouldn't make it to television.

Now, she's opened up on the official livestream about how she now feels like she's "not a lesbian". “It's so rare that you will be a match for somebody, and that's why we need so many registered donors.

I think queer joy is so special and so magical,' she told the outlet.

She went on to reject putting her sexuality 'in a box.'

'Queer is a beautiful umbrella term for the LGBTQIA community,' Siwa emphasized. Sexuality and queerness is a lovely rainbow that has all different places, and it also has places on this rainbow that we don't even know exist yet.”

And for any critics out there, JoJo—whose relationship with Australian influencer Kath Ebbsended at the Big Brother UK afterparty in April—feels the same as she did when she came out at 17: She doesn’t have to explain herself.

The world is going crazy with that one though. You can't really help who you fall in love with.”

In fact, it’s exactly her love for Chris that helped her understand that “there's no right or wrong way to be you.”

“What I realized with Christopher is I never have second guessed my feelings for him,” JoJo shared.

“I think queer is an umbrella of, ‘Look, I'm just me.’ And I think the most beautiful thing about the LGBTQIA community is love is love. It flabbergasts me.'

Before launching her romance with Huges, JoJo was in a brief relationship with Australian content creator Kath Ebbs, who is non-binary.

Their unceremonious breakup happened at the Celebrity Big Brother UK wrap party in April.

In recent years, queer has been reclaimed and embraced by parts of the LGBTQ+ community as way for people to describe themselves, but not everyone uses, or is comfortable, with the term due to its previous use as a slur.

JoJo’s comments about her sexuality come shortly after ITV was criticised for airing a Diary Room scene in which she opened up about questioning her gender identity.
