    The following is a synopsis of the eight films in Boys On Film 22: Love To Love:

    HAVE WE MET BEFORE? The two protagonists were perfect. The other acceptable films raised this to a six. Meanwhile, a fleeting romance with fellow dancer Jamie provides brief respite.

    Out of the blue, cabaret performer Nico receives a call from their estranged father who is coming to visit them. As I said right at the beginning, this is unfair on all of the films - some deserved a one and others an eight.

    Boys on Film 22: Love To Love You brings together filmmakers from UK, USA, Mexico, Brazil and Australia, as well as featuring appearances from some of Britain’s exciting young actors including Ben Aldridge (Pennyworth, Fleabag), Samuel Barnett (Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency, Penny Dreadful) and Simon Lennon (Emmerdale).

    The high-powered representation led to an array of top-shelf assignments, including choreography duties on the single "Blow" for Beyonce, a commercial for MTV and serving as a judge on "RuPaul's Drag Race" (Logo, 2009- ).     We Are Dancers provoked real emotion. I loved even the clever title of the latter - I'm a translator but I can't get the sense properly over in three words but maybe in four, "Jettisoned on the Jetty".
